The following pictures are scans of the EAI brochure "Simulation by Hybrid Computer - the Unbeatable Competitive Edge". I would like to thank Mr. Knut Rothstein who donated this brochure and also prepared the following scans of the brochure. The brochure covers the advantage of analog and hybrid computation over a pure digital approach from a cost and effectiveness perspective - technical features are omitted quite exclusively. This makes this material quite interesting from a historical point of view since it gives a wonderful impression of the struggle between the proponents of analog and digital computing in a time where digital computers were far from being really interactive devices. |
